With over 14 years in the care sector, Dan is a compassionate and quality-driven leader who has dedicated his career to supporting vulnerable people within operational and strategic roles; he brings energy, heart and clear vision to his work. In memory of Lewis, Dan is committed to making a lasting and positive difference to the lives of young people, along with supporting the organisation to be sustainable for years to come. 

Rhianne has dedicated many years to charitable work, playing a pivotal role in the development of a new local skatepark project. She is now honoured to contribute to a charity that holds special significance for her, particularly as it connects her to Lewis, her husband's best friend and best man at their wedding. With her passion for making a difference, Rhianne is committed to reaching as many young people as possible, ensuring that her efforts make an impact. Her personal connection to the cause drives her to strive relentlessly for positive change.

Ryan is a committed trustee through his personal connection as a close friend of Lewis. Being a frontline paramedic, Ryan brings a deep sense of compassion and resilience to his role, as well as first hand experience of the challenges faced by individuals and families in crisis. Ryan is passionate about ensuring the charity makes a meaningful and lasting difference; turning loss into positive action, maintaining Lewis' memory and creating hope for others.
